ShiftCare Notes: What We Record

Support Provided: A brief, respectful summary of what was done, tailored to the participant’s goals.

Tone and Approach:  Notes reflect our trauma-informed, nonjudgmental style—no clinical jargon, no surveillance.

Boundaries and Consent: We document how we maintain safe, participant-led interactions, especially with neurodiverse children.

Travel and KMs: How We Charge

Fair and Transparent: KMs are logged in ShiftCare with clear start/end points. We only claim what’s necessary and justifiable.

Audit-Ready: Every travel entry is linked to a support shift, with timestamps and route logic that make sense to plan managers.

Governance and Agreements

Formal Service Agreements: We work under written agreements with registered NDIS providers, ensuring oversight and accountability.

Compliance-First: Our notes, invoices, and pay rates are structured to meet NDIA audit standards—no shortcuts, no guesswork.
